As a Client Success Manager, I worked directly with real estate clients to help them grow their business by recruiting, training, and supporting the right Virtual Assistants for their campaigns. I made sure each VA was properly trained in cold calling, lead qualification, CRM management, and call handling so they could consistently generate quality leads. I managed up to 10 clients and supervised a team of 15 Virtual Assistants, providing day-to-day guidance, performance coaching, and real-time support whenever challenges came up. I monitored daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, tracked team performance, and worked closely with clients to ensure campaign goals were being met and that they were seeing a positive return on their investment. In addition to coaching, I handled a variety of general virtual assistant and administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining employee and company records, organizing documentation through SignNow, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing weekly and monthly client check-ins. I regularly used Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, and Gmail) to organize files, track campaign progress, and keep communication between clients and team members running smoothly. I also interviewed and screened new Virtual Assistant applicants, helped match them with the right clients, and assisted with onboarding to ensure they were set up for success from day one.
