My name is Edwin Prado I have more than seven years of experience working in customer service and content moderation and I have developed strong skills in communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving. I worked as a Customer Service Associate at The Results Companies, assisting Assurance Wireless and Boost Mobile customers. Answering incoming calls, assisting customers with account enquiries, troubleshooting service issues, processing account changes, explaining products and services and ensuring that all concerns were handled professionally and with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Next, I became Support Ambassador for Airbnb at TDCX. In this position I assisted guests and hosts by phone, chat and messaging. Provided excellent customer service assisting with booking issues, payment problems, reservation changes, account enquiries and urgent matters. This experience built up my skills to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and solve complex problems quickly. I recently had a stint as a Content Reviewer at Genpact. My primary role was to review user-generated content like text, images and videos to make sure it was in line with community guidelines. I made sound policy-driven decisions, identified content that violated platform standards, maintained high quality and productivity metrics, and worked with my team to ensure consistent and reliable moderation decisions. This role improved my attention to detail, critical thinking skills and ability to make objective decisions in a fast paced environment. I can adapt to any situation and I am always willing to learn. I like to work in a fast paced environment, work with a team and to keep improving my skills.
