I’m an Executive, Administrative, and Operations Support professional with hands-on experience helping teams stay organized, productive, and accountable. In my current role supporting the COO function at 60secs Ltd., I coordinate a 9-member cross-functional team, support day-to-day operations, coordinate external contractors, organize management meetings, prepare reports, maintain workflow trackers, and help translate business priorities into actionable plans. Previously, as an Administrative Support Officer at Global Process and Pipeline Services Limited, I managed personnel documentation and administrative records for 76 staff members and 13 contractors. I also handled staff leave administration, maintained tracking systems, supported executive scheduling, prepared meeting minutes and official documents, and updated administrative expense records. I’m comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools. I’m particularly strong in organization, documentation, communication, follow-up, data management, and handling multiple priorities.
