I have experience in both administrative and technical support, including documentation, record management, reporting, network monitoring, troubleshooting, and assisting with day-to-day departmental activities. I am organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable learning new tools and systems. I have strong communication and teamwork skills and can work independently while following instructions and meeting deadlines. I am proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have additional training in digital skills, including content creation, digital marketing, SEO, web development, UI/UX design, graphic design, and internet security.
