I’m familiar with managing customer information, tracking interactions, organizing follow-ups, and supporting workflows that help ensure customers receive consistent assistance. I’m organized, reliable, patient, and comfortable working remotely. Whether I’m speaking with a client, scheduling an appointment, following up on an outstanding request, or updating customer records, I focus on clear communication and making sure each interaction is handled professionally.
