I am a registered community health practitioner (RCHP) certified August 2025 and licensed February 2026 — transitioning into remote customer support and virtual assistance, and I am doing it with intention. My years of working directly with people in sensitive, high-pressure situations taught me something that no tool or platform can teach: how to make people feel genuinely heard, supported, and valued. That is the foundation I bring into every customer interaction. Beyond my health background, I spent over six years as a fiction writer crafting novels that required discipline, creativity, and the ability to communicate complex emotions clearly and compellingly. That experience sharpened my written communication in ways that translate directly into professional customer interactions. I am currently completing training in IT support and virtual assistance, building hands-on knowledge of customer support tools including Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, and HubSpot. I am working toward a career in Customer Success Management, starting from customer support and building my way up with intention and consistency.
