Chioma Obi

Chioma Ruth Obi is a Customer Success professional specializing in onboarding, implementation, and training for remote and distributed teams. I help new hires and clients ramp up fast building clear onboarding frameworks, hands-on training systems, and documentation that actually gets used. Alongside my CS work, I founded Tech Bloom, a free 6-week Virtual Assistant and Digital Operations Bootcamp, where I train and onboard aspiring VAs live every cohort. That experience sharpened what I bring to every onboarding role: I know how to take someone from zero to confident, fast, whether it's one new client or a room full of trainees.
