Hello, I am Ihuoma Nkechi, a Cloud and DevOps Engineer focused on helping businesses deploy applications more reliably, automate infrastructure tasks, and improve software delivery workflows. I work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and technical support. I enjoy taking deployment processes that are manual, difficult to troubleshoot, or inconsistent and turning them into clearer, repeatable, and well-documented workflows. I have hands-on experience deploying applications with Docker, Docker Compose, Nginx, and Linux; creating Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for AWS and Azure environments; building CI/CD pipelines; working with Kubernetes deployments, services, liveness probes, readiness probes, scaling, and troubleshooting; configuring DNS, load balancers, networking, and cloud resources; and setting up monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana. I also use Agentic AI tools such as Claude Code to support DevOps workflows, including troubleshooting, infrastructure review, documentation, automation, and deployment validation. Alongside my technical skills, I bring a strong technical support background, which helps me communicate clearly, investigate issues carefully, document solutions, and focus on practical results. I can help with cloud setup, deployment automation, CI/CD workflows, Docker and Kubernetes environments, infrastructure documentation, website deployment, DNS configuration, and day-to-day DevOps troubleshooting.
