My work centers on improving onboarding experiences, driving product adoption, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying expansion opportunities that increase both customer value and company revenue. Over the course of my work in customer-facing roles, I’ve developed a strong ability to proactively identify risk signals, prevent churn, and guide customers toward achieving their goals with the product.
