Hi there,My name is Jecyl Diana Libonfacil, 28 yrs of age from Davao del norte Philippines. For the past years, I've had the privilege of being an ESL Online Teacher, guiding and inspiring students from China and vietnam in their language learning journey. It has been incredibly rewarding. In addition to teaching I also have spent over 2 years supporting various industries in the US market, including telecommunications and retail.As part of my role, I've been responsible for helping customers with their problems with invoicing, troubleshooting, tracking packages, placing orders, and selling company services. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to delve into the world of sales for about 3 years doing cold calling and setting appointments.
