My name is Iwuchukwu Chinemerem Josaphat , a Marketing graduate from the University of Uyo. For over 3 years, I’ve worked as an Independent Consultant helping businesses connect clients to the right products and improve sales performance. I served as a Business Development Executive in Pwan Royale limited,a real estate company here in Nigeria,where we plan , prospect and generate leads that is been converted to sales for the company. And during my service, I undertook customer service task where I relate with customer, build trust with them ,help resolve there issues which in turn bring about repeat purchase. I recently completed CRM & IT Support training at Digital Witch Limited, where I gained hands-on experience with tools like Zendesk, HubSpot,and Click etc .
