Remote Accountant & Bookkeeper Needed

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant & Bookkeeper to manage financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations remotely. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate financial information and ensure transactions are properly recorded and organized. Responsibilities include recording income and expenses, reconciling bank and financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, tracking payments, maintaining ledgers, organizing financial documents, and preparing regular financial reports. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, good numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records. Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, or similar accounting software is an advantage. Candidates should be organized, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential financial information. A reliable internet connection, computer, and ability to work independently are required. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible or scheduled working hours depending on business requirements.
