Remote Customer Care Support Agents – 25 Positions

We are hiring 25 reliable and customer-focused Remote Customer Care Support Agents to join our growing team. Successful candidates will assist customers, respond to inquiries, resolve common issues, and provide friendly and professional support through online communication channels. Responsibilities include answering customer questions, handling support requests, responding to emails and live chats, resolving basic complaints, providing accurate information, updating customer records, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Agents are expected to maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, good problem-solving abilities, and basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, live chat support, or virtual assistance is an advantage. This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection, a computer or suitable work device, and the ability to work independently while meeting assigned schedules and performance targets. Both full-time and shift-based schedules may be available depending on project requirements.
