Remote Customer Service Agents – 20 Positions

We are hiring 20 friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our remote support team. Successful candidates will communicate with customers, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide professional assistance across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries through live chat, email, or phone, handling complaints, providing accurate product or service information, troubleshooting basic issues, updating customer records, following up on customer requests, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, a positive attitude, good problem-solving abilities, and basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, chat support, or virtual assistance is an advantage. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection, a computer or suitable work device, and the ability to work independently while meeting assigned schedules and performance targets. Shift-based opportunities may include morning, afternoon, evening, and night schedules.
