Bilingual Customer Support Agent

We are hiring professional and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support Agents to join our growing remote team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who can communicate confidently in English and at least one additional language while providing excellent support to customers from different backgrounds. As a Bilingual Customer Support Agent, you will assist customers through live chat, email, phone, and other communication channels. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, providing accurate information, processing customer requests, documenting interactions, and escalating complex concerns when necessary. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages, strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a professional attitude. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, live chat support, translation, or virtual assistance is an advantage. Applicants should have a reliable internet connection, a suitable computer or work device, and a quiet environment for handling customer communications. This is a fully remote position with flexible opportunities for part-time or full-time work.
