Remote Appointment Setter

As an Appointment Setter, you will contact potential customers through phone calls, email, social media, live chat, or other communication channels. Your main responsibilities will include introducing services, answering basic questions, identifying interested prospects, following up with leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales or business development team. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence when speaking with potential clients, good organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups. Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, sales, customer service, or virtual assistance is an advantage. Applicants should have a reliable internet connection, a computer or suitable work device, and a professional working environment. Familiarity with CRM systems, calendars, and communication tools is an added advantage. This is a fully remote position with flexible part-time or full-time opportunities.
