Bilingual Customer Support Agent – 15 Positions

We are hiring 15 professional, friendly, and reliable Bilingual Customer Support Agents to join our growing remote team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who can communicate confidently in English and another language while providing excellent customer service to clients from different backgrounds. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and phone, resolving customer concerns, providing accurate information, processing requests, following up on outstanding issues, and escalating complex cases when required. Agents will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company support procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages, excellent listening abilities, patience, problem-solving skills, and a professional attitude.
