We are hiring 23 reliable and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Agents who are fluent in Swahili and English and based in Kenya. Successful candidates will assist customers, respond to inquiries, resolve common issues, and deliver professional support through digital communication channels. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other approved communication channels. Communicate clearly and professionally in Swahili and English. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company procedures. Assist customers with complaints, account questions, and basic troubleshooting. Record customer interactions and update support systems accurately. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies. Requirements Fluency in written and spoken Swahili and English. Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Good computer skills and the ability to navigate online platforms. Reliable internet connection and access to a computer. Ability to work independently and meet assigned performance targets.
