Project Managers & File Transcribers Needed for Ongoing Work

Whether you are an experienced Project Manager capable of keeping complex workflows on schedule or a precise File Transcriber who delivers flawless text from audio and video assets, we want to hear from you! You can apply for a single role or both if you possess qualifications in both areas. Available Roles & Key Responsibilities 1. Project Manager Coordinate daily team workflows, track task progression, and ensure project milestones are met on schedule. Maintain clear project documentation, task boards, and team updates using management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or Monday.com). Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, cross-functional team members, and clients. Identify workflow bottlenecks early, adjust deadlines, and keep deliverables on track. 2. File Transcriber Accurately transcribe audio and video files (meetings, interviews, podcasts, lectures, and dictations) into clean, well-formatted text. Perform thorough editing and proofreading to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, accurate spelling, and correct speaker labeling. Apply time-stamps, follow custom client formatting guidelines, and format transcripts according to required specs (verbatim or clean verbatim). Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive audio content and client records. General Requirements Proven experience in project management or audio/video transcription with relevant work samples or references. Exceptional written English communication skills and acute attention to detail. High proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, MS Office, etc.). Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to hit tight deadlines independently.
