**We're Hiring: Swahili-Speaking Virtual Assistants** We are looking for dedicated **Swahili-speaking Virtual Assistants** to join our growing e-commerce team. **Position:** Virtual Assistant (Swahili Speaker) **Industry:** E-commerce **Work Schedule:** 40 hours per week (Full-time) **Salary:** KSh 70,000 per month **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries in Swahili and English. * Process and manage customer orders. * Handle emails, live chat, and other customer support channels. * Assist with administrative and operational tasks. * Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service. **Requirements:** * Fluent in Swahili (spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good computer and internet skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Previous experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant is a plus.
