Project Scope The system should allow passengers to: Register and log in Search available routes, destinations, dates, and departure times View available seats Select and reserve seats Purchase tickets online Make secure online payments Receive booking confirmation and electronic tickets View booking history Cancel or modify bookings according to the system rules Admin/Transport Operator Features The system should include an administration dashboard for transport companies to: Add and manage routes Create departure schedules Manage buses/vehicles Configure seat layouts and availability Manage ticket prices View and manage bookings Monitor payments and transactions Manage customers Generate booking and sales reports Manage cancellations/refunds where applicable Payment Integration The developer should integrate a reliable payment gateway appropriate for our target market. The system should securely process payments and provide transaction confirmation. Technical Requirements The developer should have experience with: Full-stack web application development Database design REST APIs Payment gateway integration Authentication and user management Responsive web design Secure application development Deployment and server configuration Experience developing transport, bus, travel, ticketing, reservation, or booking systems is highly preferred.
