We're Hiring: Inbound Call Agents We are seeking professional and customer-focused Inbound Call Agents to join our team on a 3-month contract. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls professionally. - Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues. - Provide accurate information about products and services. - Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
