Position: Cybersecurity Specialist Location: Remote Schedule: Full-time Responsibilities * Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats and incidents. * Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security improvements. * Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices. * Perform security audits and risk assessments. * Investigate and resolve cybersecurity incidents. * Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure systems and applications. Requirements * Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network security, and risk management. * Experience with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection solutions. * Familiarity with operating systems, networking, and cloud security. * Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards is an advantage. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or similar) are an advantage. * Previous experience in cybersecurity or information security is preferred.
