Data Entry Agent Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Agents to accurately enter information into Google Forms. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all data is entered correctly, completely, and within the required timelines while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. Key Responsibilities - Accurately enter data into Google Forms based on provided source documents or instructions. - Review information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission. - Correct errors and update records when necessary. - Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy. - Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards. - Maintain the confidentiality and security of all information handled. - Report any incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate data to the supervisor. - Organize and manage assigned tasks to ensure timely completion. - Communicate regularly with the project supervisor regarding progress and issues. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are an advantage). - Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred. - Proficiency in using Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications. - Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Good written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Required Skills - Fast and accurate data entry. - Basic computer literacy. - Familiarity with Google Workspace tools. - Strong time management skills. - Ability to follow detailed instructions. - Problem-solving and attention to detail. Performance Expectations (KPIs) - Accuracy rate of at least 98%. - Timely completion of assigned forms. - Compliance with project guidelines and quality standards. - Minimal data entry errors and rework. - Consistent productivity based on assigned targets. Working Conditions - Remote or on-site work, depending on project requirements. - Flexible or fixed working hours as agreed. - Reliable internet connection and access to a computer are required for remote positions. Confidentiality All data handled during the course of this assignment is confidential. Data Entry Agents must comply with all applicable data privacy and confidentiality policies and must not share or misuse any information obtained through their work. Contract Duration The position is project-based or contract-based, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
