Manual QA tester for streaming platform

We are looking for detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Testers to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our streaming platform across multiple devices and environments. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying bugs, verifying fixes, and ensuring a seamless viewing experience for users. Responsibilities include executing test cases, performing functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing, documenting defects, reproducing reported issues, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to resolve problems efficiently. Candidates will also test video playback quality, user authentication, subscriptions, search functionality, and content accessibility across web, mobile, and smart TV platforms. The ideal applicant should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms. Familiarity with streaming technologies, video-on-demand services, and cross-browser or cross-device testing is highly desirable. Previous experience in manual software testing, quality assurance, or testing media and entertainment applications is preferred.
