Responsibilities: - Assist models and users with general inquiries. - Manage schedules and administrative tasks. - Respond to emails and live chat messages. - Monitor platform activities and report issues. - Maintain accurate records and documentation. - Provide professional customer support while maintaining confidentiality. Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Comfortable working in an adult-content environment. - Basic computer skills and a stable internet connection. - Previous virtual assistant or customer support experience is an advantage.
