Accountant & Bookkeeping Specialist

Join our finance team as an Accountant & Bookkeeping Specialist and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting sound business decisions. We are looking for a dependable professional who is passionate about numbers, organization, and financial accuracy. In this role, you will record daily financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, monitor cash flow, and maintain accurate bookkeeping records. You will also assist with monthly financial reports, budget tracking, payroll processing, tax documentation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to interpret financial data are essential. Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or auditing is highly preferred.
