Remote Customer Care Support Agents – English & Swahili Speakers

We are expanding our remote customer support team and looking for professional, bilingual Customer Care Support Agents fluent in English and Swahili. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and delivering excellent service experiences. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers through phone, email, and live chat, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, updating customer records, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. You will also escalate complex issues when necessary and work closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns. Experience with CRM systems, helpdesk platforms, or customer support tools is an added advantage. Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, online support, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory. Training and onboarding support will be provided for successful candidates.
