Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize CRM systems. - Maintain accurate customer data. - Automate customer engagement workflows. - Generate reports and analyze customer interactions. - Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to improve customer experience. Requirements: - Proven experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
