Recruitment Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Recruitment Assistant** to support our hiring team throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will assist with sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. **Responsibilities:** * Post job advertisements on job boards and recruitment platforms. * Source candidates using online databases, social media, and professional networks. * Review resumes and screen applicants based on job requirements. * Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers. * Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Respond to candidate inquiries and provide updates throughout the recruitment process. * Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative recruitment tasks. * Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or administrative support is preferred. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and online recruitment platforms is an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet applications. * Ability to work independently while handling confidential information professionally.
