We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist** to help identify, connect with, and generate high-quality business leads through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate has experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools to build targeted prospect lists and support business development efforts. **Responsibilities:** * Research and identify qualified prospects using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Build targeted B2B lead lists based on industry, location, company size, and job titles. * Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages. * Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team when required. * Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems and spreadsheets. * Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities. * Track outreach performance and provide regular reports on lead generation activities. * Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, prospecting, or business development. * Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools. * Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
