Survey Participant Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized **Survey Participant Coordinator** to help recruit, coordinate, and manage participants for online and offline survey projects. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills and can ensure a smooth experience for participants throughout the survey process. **Responsibilities:** * Recruit and onboard participants for surveys and research studies. * Communicate with participants via email, phone, or messaging platforms. * Schedule survey sessions and send reminders to participants. * Verify participant eligibility based on project requirements. * Maintain accurate participant records and survey tracking spreadsheets. * Monitor survey completion rates and follow up with participants as needed. * Prepare progress reports and coordinate with the research team. * Ensure participant data is handled confidentially and in accordance with project guidelines. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in project coordination, customer support, recruitment, or administrative assistance is preferred. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms. * Experience with CRM or survey platforms is an advantage. * Reliable internet connection, computer or laptop, and the ability to work independently.
