The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, growing our audience, and driving meaningful engagement through strategic social media campaigns. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. * Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other platforms. * Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments and messages. * Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase reach and conversions. * Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. * Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. * Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to produce high-quality campaigns. **Requirements:** * Proven experience managing business social media accounts. * Strong knowledge of content marketing, audience growth, and social media advertising. * Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar platforms. * Excellent copywriting and communication skills. * Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
