The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent chatbot solutions that improve customer engagement, automate workflows, and enhance user experiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include building conversational AI applications, integrating large language models and AI APIs, designing conversation flows, optimizing chatbot performance, and integrating chatbots with websites, mobile applications, CRM systems, and messaging platforms. The role may also involve training AI models, improving response accuracy, and monitoring chatbot analytics and performance. Candidates should have strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript and experience with AI frameworks, APIs, and platforms such as OpenAI, Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar technologies. Experience with natural language processing, prompt engineering, API integrations, and cloud services is highly desirable. The ideal applicant should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Previous experience developing customer support bots, virtual assistants, or AI-powered automation solutions is highly preferred.
