PDF Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable PDF Conversion Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting PDF documents into editable formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and spreadsheets while maintaining formatting accuracy and document integrity. Responsibilities include converting scanned files, PDFs, images, and other document formats into editable digital files, proofreading converted documents for errors, correcting formatting inconsistencies, and ensuring all completed work meets quality standards and project requirements. Candidates may also assist with document organization, data extraction, and file management tasks. The ideal applicant should possess excellent attention to detail, strong typing skills, and proficiency in document editing tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and OCR software. The ability to handle confidential information professionally and maintain high levels of accuracy is essential. Previous experience in PDF conversion, copy typing, data entry, document processing, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory, as training and onboarding support may be provided for successful candidates.
