Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of Amazon seller accounts and assist with tasks that help improve product visibility, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing product listings, optimizing titles and descriptions, monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, managing returns and refunds, conducting product research, and tracking competitor activity. The role may also involve keyword research, PPC campaign support, and preparing sales and performance reports. Candidates should have experience working with Amazon Seller Central and a strong understanding of Amazon marketplace policies and best practices. Familiarity with product listing optimization, inventory management, and tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms is highly desirable. The ideal applicant should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, e-commerce assistant, or marketplace specialist is highly preferred.
