# Call Center Support Agents Needed – United States Clients

We are seeking motivated and professional Call Center Support Agents to join our remote team supporting United States-based customers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of service across all communication channels. Responsibilities include answering inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and live chat messages, resolving customer issues, processing requests, and documenting all interactions accurately in the system. Candidates will also be expected to follow call scripts, maintain service quality standards, and escalate complex cases when necessary. The ideal applicant should possess excellent English communication skills, strong listening abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Basic computer skills and the ability to work with CRM and call center systems are essential. Previous experience in call center operations, customer support, technical support, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory, as training and onboarding support may be provided for successful candidates.
