Transcription Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and accurate Transcription Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting audio and video recordings into clear, well-formatted written documents while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities include listening to audio recordings and transcribing spoken content into written text, proofreading transcripts for grammar and accuracy, ensuring proper formatting, and delivering completed work within deadlines. The role may also involve editing auto-generated transcripts, labeling speakers, and handling various types of audio content such as interviews, meetings, webinars, and podcasts. Candidates should have excellent listening skills, strong grammar and writing abilities, and high attention to detail. Fast and accurate typing skills are essential, along with the ability to work with transcription tools and software. The ideal applicant should be reliable, focused, and capable of maintaining concentration for extended periods. Previous experience in transcription, data entry, administrative support, or content writing is preferred but not mandatory.
