Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building qualified lead lists, and supporting business growth through effective outreach strategies. Responsibilities include researching and identifying target prospects, collecting and verifying contact information, generating qualified leads through online research and outreach tools, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role may also involve email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, data cleaning, and collaborating with sales teams to improve conversion rates. Candidates should have strong research skills, excellent attention to detail, and basic understanding of sales and marketing processes. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, spreadsheets, and online research techniques is highly desirable. The ideal applicant should be organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting daily or weekly lead targets. Previous experience in lead generation, sales support, digital marketing, or administrative research is preferred but not mandatory.
