Transcription Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Transcription Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately converting audio and video recordings into clear, well-formatted written documents while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities include listening to recorded meetings, interviews, podcasts, webinars, and other audio content, transcribing spoken information into text, proofreading transcripts for accuracy, correcting grammatical errors, and ensuring proper formatting according to project requirements. Candidates should possess excellent listening, typing, and language skills, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Experience using transcription tools and software is an advantage. The ideal applicant should have a fast typing speed, excellent command of written English, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Previous experience in transcription, captioning, or data processing roles is preferred but not required.
