Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with customer support software, CRM systems, and help desk platforms is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not required, as training may be provided for the right candidate.
