AI Data Trainer

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical AI Data Trainers to join our remote team and contribute to the development of advanced artificial intelligence systems. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reviewing, labeling, and improving datasets used to train and enhance machine learning and AI models. Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated outputs, annotating text, images, audio, and video data, identifying inaccuracies, providing feedback to improve model performance, and ensuring training data meets quality standards and project guidelines. Candidates may also assist with prompt evaluation, content classification, sentiment analysis, and quality assurance tasks. The ideal applicant should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions consistently. Good written communication skills and basic computer proficiency are essential. Familiarity with AI concepts, data annotation tools, and machine learning workflows is highly desirable. Previous experience in data annotation, content moderation, quality assurance, transcription, or AI training projects is an advantage but not required, as training and onboarding support may be provided for successful candidates.
