Survey Participant Coordinator

As a Survey Participant Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting participants, managing survey schedules, maintaining accurate records, and providing support throughout the survey process to ensure a positive participant experience. Your responsibilities will include identifying and inviting eligible participants, scheduling survey sessions, sending invitations and reminders, responding to participant inquiries, tracking participation, verifying completed surveys, and maintaining accurate databases and reports. You will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure survey objectives are met, monitor project timelines, assist with quality assurance, and ensure all participant information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment. Previous experience in research coordination, customer service, project coordination, data collection, or administrative support is an advantage but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, survey platforms, and CRM systems is beneficial.
