🚀 WE’RE HIRING: REMOTE PRODUCT MANAGER — NIGERIA 🇳🇬 We’re looking for a talented Product Manager based in Nigeria to join our team and help build and scale innovative solar energy products and payment solutions. 💰 Compensation: USD $1,200/month 🌍 Location: Remote — Nigeria 🕐 Employment: Full-time About the Role You’ll take ownership of our solar energy products from product discovery and strategy through development, launch, and continuous improvement. A major focus will be making our solar products and monthly payment plans simple, affordable, and easy for customers to use. What You’ll Do Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer and business needs. Work closely with engineering, design, sales, operations, and customer support. Research customer needs and translate insights into product improvements. Develop and manage payment-plan and subscription experiences. Monitor product performance, customer adoption, retention, and payment behavior. Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate product launches and measure results. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and revenue. Use data and customer feedback to make product decisions. Help us scale solar access through better technology and financial solutions. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Product Management experience. Experience building or managing digital products, fintech, payments, lending, subscriptions, or marketplaces. Experience working with engineering and design teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development. Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, Productboard, Figma, or similar is a plus. Solar, energy, fintech, PAYGo, or emerging-market experience is a major advantage. Why Join Us?
