We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Manual Software QA Tester to join our team in a long-term capacity. As an integral part of our QA department, you will manually test our website to ensure it meets high standards of functionality, usability, and performance. This role is ideal for someone who values stability and is committed to delivering excellent user experiences. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough manual testing across multiple browsers, devices, and platforms. Identify, log, and report bugs and performance issues clearly and accurately. Collaborate with developers and team members to troubleshoot and improve product quality. Develop and execute test cases, plans, and scripts in alignment with project goals. Perform regression testing to validate that updates do not disrupt existing features. Participate in design and development discussions to provide QA insights early in the process. Continuously optimize testing processes and suggest improvements. Maintain detailed records of test activities, results, and quality metrics. Requirements A Binance,G-cash, OKX, Bybit, Kraken, Metamask, Kucoin account (or any other crypto wallet) with sufficient balance for subscription testing. Access to a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. A stable internet connection. Project Overview Task 1: Payment Method Testing You will manually live test the payment process using a provided link to verify functionality, user subscription flow, and service eligibility based on your region. Detailed guidelines will be provided. Task 2: Bug Reporting & Recommendations You will receive access to the Jira platform for bug tracking and will update your progress via Excel. Feedback and improvement suggestions will be part of your weekly reporting. Workflow / Procedure Step 1: You must have a funded Binance account or any E-wallet for the test subscription You will be required to add more hours on your contract to cover the purchase cost you will incur during your purchase of the assigned packages. A test link will be provided for payment method validation. You will be required to make a live purchase using crypto wallet of your choice on the packages you will be assigned, all the purchase cost you will use will be refunded on your contract as bonuses separately before you make the purchase After subscribing, you’ll receive login credentials. Step 2: Use the provided credentials to access the platform. Perform usability and performance testing, and compile a QA report. Submit reports every Friday.
