We are hiring 23 reliable and engaging Chat Moderators to join our remote team. Positions are available for candidates based in Nigeria and Kenya. Positions: 23 Location: Nigeria & Kenya Work Type: Remote Estimated Pay: $15–$20 per hour Experience: Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome RESPONSIBILITIES * Respond to user messages professionally and promptly * Monitor live conversations and online communities * Follow moderation guidelines and company policies * Identify inappropriate, abusive, or suspicious content * Keep conversations positive, respectful, and engaging * Escalate complex issues when necessary * Maintain accurate records of interactions REQUIREMENTS * Strong written English and communication skills * Good typing speed and attention to detail * Reliable internet connection * Laptop, desktop, or suitable smartphone depending on the project * Ability to work independently and follow assigned schedules * Previous customer support or chat moderation experience is an advantage Both full-time and part-time applicants may be considered.
