Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat. - Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information. - Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. - Document customer interactions accurately. Requirements: - Excellent written English and communication skills. - Basic computer and internet skills. - Ability to multitask and work independently. - Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
