The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, respond professionally and promptly, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Reliable internet access and availability during assigned working hours are required.
