Call Center QA/Trainer Needed – Remote Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced **Call Center Quality Assurance and Trainer** to help improve customer service performance and develop the skills of our support team. If you have strong call centre experience and a passion for coaching and quality improvement, we would love to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and evaluating customer calls, reviewing agent performance, identifying quality issues, providing constructive feedback, conducting training sessions, and developing coaching plans. You will also create training materials, support new agent onboarding, monitor quality metrics, and recommend improvements to call handling procedures. The ideal candidate has experience in call centre quality assurance, customer service training, team coaching, or performance management. Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are essential. Experience with call monitoring systems, CRM platforms, quality scorecards, and workforce management tools is an advantage. You should be able to identify performance gaps, coach agents effectively, and help teams achieve customer service and operational targets. Experience working with remote teams is highly preferred.
