Accountant & Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant & Bookkeeping Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, maintaining accurate bookkeeping, and supporting overall financial operations. Responsibilities include recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records. The role may also involve assisting with budgeting, expense tracking, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with basic accounting standards. Candidates should have strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is highly desirable. The ideal applicant should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of managing financial data with high accuracy and confidentiality. Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
